    Purchasing Prints
    Almost all items on the Portfolio pages are for sale, except where noted. We accept check, money order, PayPal, and credit cards.

    You can purchase any prints through the Gallery. You can choose matted or unmatted prints. Most prints available are limited edition, and all LE prints are signed and numbered. Open edition prints are marked as such.

    All prints purchased through the website come with a Certificate of Authenticity (CoA) that certifies its Release Date, Print Run (if any), the title of the print, and the name of the artist. All prints are printed on archival paper with archival inks. Read our FAQ for more information.

    Purchasing Costumes
    WyldFire Studios does mostly commission work on costumes. Infrequently, we offer up various items for sale. For commission work, please contact us at info@wyldfires.com The ability to accept commision work depends current schedules and pending orders.

    Shipping Purchased Items
    All items purchased directly from WyldFire Studios are shipped through USPS (all shipping costs reflect the United States Postal Service), unless you want to specify another form of shipment. We do insure our products for the full retail value, in case anything happens to that item. Insurance is included in your shipping costs.

    International customers should contact us for additional costs to ship overseas. If you wish to ship by another means (such as UPS or FedEx), please contact us for shipping costs. These shippers might charge more than we list on our pages.

    We do not charge *extra fees* for shipping (except for International shipping or if you choose another vendor). We don't make a profit from shipping. We charge you only the cost of the packaging, the actual shipping cost, and insurance.

    All prints (matted and unmatted) are sent in a sealed archival bag for its protection. Matted prints are matted on archival quality matte to ensure they last longer.

    CafePress & Zazzle Products are shipped according to their shipping policies. Please read their policies:

    • Taxes
    WyldFire Studios is located in California, and operates as a business in California. As such, we must collect all sales tax for items shipped within California.

    We currently charge 8.25% for taxes for all our products sold.

    Zazzle & CafePress may charge differently for products they sell.

    Return & Refund Policy
    WyldFire Studios will accept a return if you purchase a print directly from us within two weeks of receiving the item. We do *not* accept returns on prints from art shows, nor do we accept returns on items from CafePress or Zazzle.

    Returned items must be in pristine condition in order for us to accept a return. Shipping fees on the original purchase are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

    Commissioned costume items are non-refundable.
