Photographic Services for Real Estate Professionals

Jade Falcon Photography offers photography services for real estate professional ranging from indoor architecture shots to outdoor exterior shots, as well as portrait services. Our pricing is listed below.

Pricing

* Within the San Mateo County area (mid-Peninsula): Burlingame to Palo Alto
* Get high-res files for flyers and other advertisements AND low-res files for uploading onto MLS or Realtor.com. No need to resize images.
* Download them automatically from your computer
* Receive them by 9am the next day

• Basic Package: $150.00—Up to 15 digital photos
• Gold Package: $200.00—Up to 22 digital photos
• Platinum Package: $325.00—Up to 30 digital images
• Sunrise or Twilight Photos of Exterior: $100.00 flat rate
• Portrait Photography: Get an updated photo of yourself for ads, flyers, or your website. $150.00 for a one-hour session.

Please schedule a session at least two days in advance. Last minute bookings are subject to availablity and incur an extra $75.00 charge.
For travel outside of the area, please contact us for pricing.

Flyer Design: $45.00 extra

* We'll design a flyer for you from one of the existing templates.
* Receive a PDF of your flyer for your printers.
* Receive the HTML for your flyer for posting on CraigsList or GoogleAds or we'll do it for you!

Web Site Hosting

• Basic Hosting: $160.00.

  You get:
  * Domain name registration + 3 months of hosting service
  * One page website
  * Choice of 3 different templates
  * Flash photo show
  * Description of property
  * Agent contact information
  * Up to 3 external links
  * Limited updates to websites.
  
  

• Platinum Hosting: $325.00

  You get:
  * Domain name registration + 6 months of hosting service
  * Up to 3 website pages. Each additional page is $75.00
  * Choice of several different templates
  * Flash photo show
  * Description of property
  * Agent contact information
  * External links to maps, school districts, your company website, and other links of interest
  * Updates as needed by agent.
