This particular costume was based on the character, Mysterious Woman in the movie, "Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow. The bodice & cowl are made out of black pleather to lower costs, versus actually using leather. The cape is made out of a suede cloth. The photo to the right is one of the research images.
